It is very important to have good knowledge about important basics of stock market and the factors affecting stock prices.

A stock market, share market or equity market is a place for the trading of  stock (shares) and derivatives of companies at an agreed price.

A stock exchange  is the most important part of stock market as it provides “trading” facilities for brockers and traders for trading of securities (stocks, bonds etc). A security must be listed with the stock exchange to become eligibe for trading on that stock exchange.
